We believe that a key component to spiritual growth involves using one's spiritual gift(s) to serve others for the purpose of reaching people for Christ.

We ask all adults, and even middle school/high school students, to serve once a month on a Sunday morning serving team. As we all come together to serve, we are serving Jesus by creating a welcoming and engaging Sunday morning experience.

Our Greeters welcome people as they arrive, help them find their seats and strike up a conversation to get to know them better. Connection Center team members are available to help answer questions about Crossroads and help people take next steps on their spiritual journey.

We utilize multiple platforms (video, audio, internet-streaming, etc.) to create an environment where people can experience the life-changing love of Jesus - in-person or watching online from their phone or computer. Our Parking Team members are the very first impression people often get when they first visit our church. This hearty group of serving team members keep our parking lot safe, organized and welcoming each Sunday - rain or shine, cold or warm.

Crossroads Kids

We truly believe the best place for children to be on Sunday morning is in our Crossroads Kids program. By serving as a worship leader, teacher, small group leader or classroom helper, we get the privilege of investing in the next generation.

RUSH Youth Group

Invest in our next generation by serving as a small group leader or other administrative roles. Connect with kids in grades 6-12; it will not only change them, but it will change you, too. Large group, small group, scatter nights, and a winter retreat -- what more could you want?! This is a Wednesday night serving role.
